  • Voted to prohibit the use of funds for the Environmental Protection Agency’s law enforcement and criminal investigations division, making it harder to hold polluters accountable for committing environmental crimes. Source

  • Voted against closing loopholes in the Clean Air Act that allow the oil and gas industry to release dangerous amounts of air pollution while taking more than $50,000 dollars in campaign contributions from the oil and gas industry.

  • Voted for devastating logging projects, limiting National Environmental Policy Act reviews and green lighted the construction of pipelines to be built in National Park land without the necessary environmental reviews, all while accepting  nearly $80,000 in campaign contributions from the fossil fuel industry. Source  Source

  • Voted to block the Environmental Protection Agency’s carbon pollution standards for new and modified power plants, and supported an extreme measure that would permanently block these clean air protections, putting our health at risk and slowing our country's transition to an economy powered by clean energy. Source
