Pro-Science Group Explicitly Targets RFK Jr.’s MAHA Policies in New Ad Campaign
(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) — 314 Action Fund today announced a new ad campaign and joint fundraising committee to “Stop RFK Jr.” starting with a six-figure television ad supporting Dr. Richard Pan (CA-06) in his fight against RFK Jr.’s anti-health, anti-science policies.
The ad will debut alongside a new joint fundraising committee called the “Dr. Richard Pan Stop RKF Jr. Committee” and formed by 314 Action and Dr. Richard Pan’s campaign, highlighting how RFK Jr.’s leadership has fueled a resurgence of measles across the United States.
The new campaign, which will exceed seven figures, will directly tie RFK Jr. into the midterms and center his policies as a growing number of doctors and scientists are running to combat his dangerous health disinformation, require science and integrity in federal health policy, and funding for healthcare and medical research.

“RFK Jr.’s anti-science policies have left the United States dangerously unprepared for the next outbreak. As health secretary, he continues to spread dangerous lies and half-truths to undermine confidence in childhood vaccines, modern medicine and the healthcare system as a whole. That’s why 314 Action is targeting RFK Jr. in the midterms—his policies are dangerous, deeply unpopular and have left Americans sicker and more susceptible to death and disease.

Dr. Richard Pan issued the following statement:
“As a pediatrician, I have devoted my career to the health and wellbeing of children. RFK Jr.’s reckless anti-vaccine agenda has tragically resulted in preventable death and disability of American children creating a public health crisis. RFK Jr.’s politically-driven HHS policies are making Americans more likely to get measles, cancer, and preventable diseases. Families deserve leaders who understand the science and provide them with the facts they need to make sound health decisions, and that is exactly what I will do in Congress.”
Dr. Richard Pan is a pediatrician, UC Davis professor, and former California state legislator. He holds a BA in Biophysics from Johns Hopkins University, an MD from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MPH from Harvard University, and currently teaches health policy at UC Davis. During his time in the legislature, Dr. Pan chaired the Committee on Health, led California’s implementation of the Affordable Care Act, reduced the state’s uninsured rate by two-thirds, and authored California’s landmark vaccination laws.
