314 Action Fund Endorses Cinde Warmington for New Hampshire Governor

July 1, 2026

(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) — 314 Action Fund today endorsed Cinde Warmington for New Hampshire Governor.

“As a former hospital administrator and attorney, Cinde Warmington has seen firsthand how the health system works against the American people and she’s ready to change that,” said Shaughnessy Naughton, President of 314 Action. “As the only Democrat serving on the state’s Executive Council, Cinde served as New Hampshire’s last line of defense against Republican attacks on health care, affordability, and science. While Kelly Ayotte has turned her back on the Granite State, Cinde has proven that she will always fight for New Hampshire families. She’s ready to lower the cost of prescription drugs and tackle rising costs. We’re proud to endorse Cinde for Governor of New Hampshire and look forward to helping her flip the seat.”

“Kelly Ayotte’s refusal to fight for New Hampshire has made life harder for working families — I’m running to be the fighter our state needs,” said Cinde Warmington. “As someone who was financially on their own at the age of 17, I understand the reality that far too many working families across our state are facing. It’s time to deliver quality health care, lower the cost of living, and make housing more affordable. My leadership is based on experience — not ideology. It’s why I’m proud to be endorsed by 314 Action, the only national organization dedicated to electing pro-science candidates to office, and I look forward to working side-by-side to serve Granite Staters.”

Cinde Warmington is a health care attorney and lifelong health care advocate, who served as the only Democrat on the New Hampshire Executive Council. As an attorney she advocated for the expansion of substance use disorder treatment services, increased funding for mental health services and increased access to telehealth services. Her practice focused on representing health care providers from individual health professionals to large hospital systems in a wide range of business and regulatory matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, Cinde worked in health care for two decades including as a medical technologist in hospital laboratories and in various health care management roles. She served two terms on the Executive Council, where she stood up for the rights of women to make their own health care decisions, fought to fund family planning services like Planned Parenthood, and pushed to deliver resources for job development, affordable housing, and child care across New Hampshire.
