Pro-Science Group Launches Joint Fundraising Committee and New Ad Campaign Two-Weeks Out from Election Day
(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) — 314 Action Fund today announced a new $300,000 TV and in-district streaming ad campaign in the Atlanta market supporting Dr. Jasmine Clark for Georgia’s 13th Congressional District via the Dr. Jasmine Clark Science Victory Fund.
If elected, Dr. Clark would be the first female Ph.D. scientist ever elected to Congress and the first Black female scientist Ph.D. ever elected to Congress. The ad urges constituents to vote and pitch in for Dr. Clark, solidifying one of the largest external support packages for any candidate in the Georgia 13th Congressional District Democratic Primary.
The ad, titled “Truth,” highlights Dr. Clark’s commitment to lowering costs and delivering real results for Georgia families, and draws a stark contrast with the Republican agenda attacking science, healthcare, and economic security.

314 Action endorsed Dr. Clark for Georgia’s 13th Congressional District in April 2026, making her the organization’s first endorsement of a primary challenger to a Democratic House incumbent in its history. Dr. Clark is a Ph.D.-trained microbiologist, Emory University professor, and Georgia State Representative who flipped a long-held Republican seat in 2018 and has successfully defended it through multiple elections and multiple rounds of Republican-drawn redistricting. In the Georgia House of Representatives, she has been a leading voice for science, healthcare, and economic fairness.
